Sri Sai Enterprises Real Estate is a small office located at 953 Kumarswamy Layout on Ashram Road. We’ve been working from this same spot for quite some time now. Dealing with real estate around here means we spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood and looking at different plots and buildings. The office itself is just a simple place with a few chairs for visitors and some local maps pinned to the wall. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy lighting. We just help people find a place to stay or a bit of land to buy. Ashram Road is a familiar area for us, and we know most of the people who have lived in Kumarswamy Layout for years. We hear about who is moving and who is selling mostly by just being part of the community. It’s not the kind of job where you get rich quick, but it keeps us busy. We try to be honest about the properties and don't use any high-pressure sales talk. If a place has a leaky roof or bad plumbing, we usually mention it. We think it’s better that way. People come to us because they know where to find us and they know we’ve been here a long time. It’s just us, working every day to help folks figure out their housing needs in this part of town.
