We are Sri S V M Realtors and our place is at number 140 in Sector 7 C of Ramamurthy Nagar. It’s a regular building on a street we have known for a very long time. We handle real estate work for the people living in and around this sector. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials like a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a filing cabinet that’s seen better days. We don’t believe in putting on a show for anyone. When people come in, we just sit down and talk about what they are looking for in a property. Whether it’s a small apartment or a bigger plot, we check our notes and see what fits. Ramamurthy Nagar has changed quite a bit since we first opened our doors. More shops have come up and the roads are definitely more crowded now. We spend our mornings checking on new listings and our afternoons meeting people at various sites. It’s a lot of walking and driving around the local streets. We’ve got a good handle on the prices and the history of the buildings in Sector 7 C. Most of our clients are just regular folks from the area. We keep things honest and don’t make promises we can’t keep. It’s just a steady way to earn a living while helping the neighbors find a place to stay. Sometimes we sit on the steps outside number 140 when the weather is nice. You can see everyone heading home from work in Sector 7 C. It’s a good community and we feel lucky to be a part of it. We don't have any big signs or posters in the window. Just our name on the door so people know they have the right place. If you come by, we might be out on a site visit, but we usually leave a number where we can be reached. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way.
