We are over at 659 in Banashankari 3rd Stage. It’s a neighborhood we’ve grown quite fond of over the years. Sri S N Estate Agencies isn’t some high-rise office with a bunch of receptionists. It is just us here, keeping track of properties and talking to folks who walk in. The area has changed a lot, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. We try to keep up with all the changes. Most days are spent on the phone or out looking at sites. It gets a bit dusty sometimes with the construction nearby. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just know the streets around here really well. People come by when they need help with land or houses, and we tell them what we know. It’s a straightforward way of working. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and we have to spend a whole afternoon just sorting through files. It’s not always exciting, but it’s our business. Banashankari is a busy place, and being in the 3rd Stage puts us right in the middle of things. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. We just keep the doors open and see who comes by. It’s a simple life running an agency like this. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. Just a local spot for local property matters.
