You can find our office at number 1 in the Marathahalli Area, specifically in Vitthal Wadi. We are quite close to the Multiplex, so there is always a lot of activity around here with people going to the movies or out to eat. Our space is pretty basic, just a few chairs and a table with maps of the local plots pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of our time out of the office, walking around and looking at different properties or meeting people at their sites. When we are here, it is mostly to handle the paperwork or wait for someone to drop by and ask about land prices. The office does not have much in the way of decoration. It is more of a place to sit down and talk through the details of a sale or a rental. Marathahalli has changed a lot since we started, and it keeps getting busier every year. We see a lot of new buildings going up all the time. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing and other times it is very quiet. We do not use any high-tech systems, just our knowledge of the streets and who owns what. It is a lot of talking and walking. We keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door. If the tea stall next door is open, we usually have a cup while we go over the documents. It is just how we run things here.
