Sri Ram Mines & Minerals shares space with Mitte Construction Chemicals at 201/4 on the 12th Main in the 3rd Phase of Peenya Industrial Area. It’s a very busy corner of the world. Peenya is one of those places that never really seems to sleep. There is always a truck backing up or a machine humming somewhere nearby. We handle a variety of mining and mineral products from this location. Since we share the spot, it gets pretty crowded with all the different bags and materials stacked up. We have to be careful with how we use the space so the loaders can move around. The 12th Main road is always packed with traffic, which makes getting deliveries in and out a bit of a challenge sometimes. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking the quality of the minerals that come in. It’s not a clean job; you go home every day with dust on your shoes and clothes. But it’s the kind of work we know. We don’t use any complicated software or have a bunch of managers running around. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders are filled and the quality is what it should be. We’ve been in this part of Peenya for long enough to know all the neighbors and the local tea stall owners. It’s a community of workers and builders, and we fit right into that mix without any fuss.
