You can find us at 402 Nagappa Street, which is on the 4th Cross in C V Raman Nagar. It is a decent-sized office where we manage the minmet business. We deal with a lot of mineral and metal logistics, which involves a ton of documentation and phone calls. The area around here is quite nice, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the day. Our office is pretty basic. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and a large table where we spread out all our spreadsheets and maps. There are four of us working here full-time. We have been at this location for a good while and we know the other business owners on the block. Dealing with industrial materials means things can be quite unpredictable. Shipments get held up at the port or there are issues with the mines, and we have to spend all day sorting it out. It is a lot of stress, but we have learned how to handle it over time. We do not have any promotional brochures or a big sales team. Most people we work with have been doing business with us for years. It is all about staying on top of the details and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. We are not a high-tech startup; we are just a regular company doing our job in a quiet corner of Bangalore.
