Sri Maruthi Estate

Sri Maruthi Estate is situated at No: 63 in Indira Nagar, right in the Rambaug Colony area near Defence Colony. We deal with property matters around here. Our office is a modest one, tucked away on a street that doesn't get too much of the main road noise. We have some old maps of the area on the walls and a few chairs for visitors. It’s not a high-end real estate agency with fancy suits. We wear regular clothes and talk to people plainly about what they're looking for. Sometimes the phones ring all at once, and other times it's quiet for hours. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, looking at different sites or meeting people. Indira Nagar has changed a lot since we started. There are so many new shops and houses now. The parking near the colony can be tricky during the evenings when everyone gets home from work. We usually suggest people park a bit further down. We try to keep up with who is moving in and who is moving out. Our records are mostly kept in physical files, though we use the phone a lot for messages. If you come by, you might find us having coffee and looking over some paperwork. We don’t have a big marketing budget. Word of mouth is usually how people find us. It’s a steady way to work and we like being in this neighborhood.
