Sri Manjunatha Mane Consultants

We are located at 39 Indira Nagar, specifically in the Shree OM Parasnagar building on the 1st floor. Sri Manjunatha Mane Consultants is where we spend most of our days, usually surrounded by stacks of papers and maps. It’s not a very big space, but it serves us well for meeting people who need help with property matters or local documentation. Indira Nagar is a fast place, always something moving or changing. We started this because we saw a lot of neighbors getting confused by the paperwork involved in buying or renting places. My father used to do this kind of work before me, so I just sort of fell into it naturally. We don't use any high-tech systems here; mostly it’s just us talking to people and checking files manually. Sometimes the tea guy from downstairs forgets our order, so we have to go down and remind him that we are still working up here. It’s a very normal office life. We aren't trying to be some massive corporate firm with fancy suits. We just want to give clear answers to anyone who walks up to the first floor and knocks on our door. The building itself is a bit old, but it has a good feel to it and the stairs aren't too steep. People often sit and talk for a long time even after the business part is finished. That’s just the way things are in our office. We keep the fans running high during the summer months.
