Sri Manjunath Real Estate

Sri Manjunath Real Estate is located right on Yelahanka Main Road at number 11/1/707. We are very close to the Med Plus, which is where everyone around here goes for their medicine, so it’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. The main road is always buzzing with cars and buses, which makes the office feel quite energetic. It’s a simple ground-floor shop where we handle various real estate matters. We’ve got a couple of old desks and some plastic chairs for when people stop by to chat about land or houses. The floor is tiled and easy to sweep because the dust from the road comes in every time someone opens the door. We usually have the front door propped open to get a bit of a breeze, even though it's a bit noisy. There is a small back room where we keep all the old records and a small stove for making coffee. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the people in the neighboring shops are all friends of ours. Most of our work involves heading out to the outskirts of Yelahanka to look at properties, so the office is often empty for an hour or two in the middle of the day. We don't use any fancy software or anything, just a few notebooks and our mobile phones to keep track of everything. It’s a honest, small-town way of doing things that works for us.
