Sri Laxmi Venkateshwara Engg Works

Our workshop, Sri Laxmi Venkateshwara Engg Works, is situated in Kamagondanahalli, right in the MIDC area of Bhosari. If you know the area, you know it’s full of industrial shops and the sound of machines running all day long. That’s pretty much how it is here too. We have our equipment set up for various metal jobs and engineering tasks. It’s not a clean place; there’s always some oil on the floor or metal shavings near the lathes. We wear old clothes because everything gets dirty pretty fast. Most of the time, we’re busy with specific orders from other local businesses or people who need something fixed. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here in Bhosari. Some days the machines give us trouble, and we have to spend the morning fixing them instead of doing the actual work. It can be frustrating, but that’s the reality of a small engineering shop. We’ve got a small corner for files and paperwork, but mostly the space is for the heavy stuff. It’s a loud, busy environment, and we’re used to the heat and the grease. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the dimensions right. It’s honest work, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite a long time now without making any big fuss about it.
