Our real estate office is located at 3 Sanjay Nagar in Andheri East. We are right opposite the Vaibhav Theater, so there is always a crowd nearby, especially when a new movie comes out. The noise from the street is something we just live with. We have a lot of maps and property listings taped to the walls. People walk in all the time asking about rents or if there are any small shops available in the area. Andheri East is a busy place, and it feels like there is always some construction going on. We spend our days answering the phone and taking people to see different flats or office spaces. Sometimes we are walking up and down stairs all afternoon. Our office is just a simple room with a couple of desks and a bench for people to sit on. We keep a lot of files on the properties we manage. It can get a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. The tea stall next door is where we go when we need a break. It is a lot of talking to people and trying to figure out what they can afford. We do not have any fancy posters, just the basic info people need. It is a straightforward business and we have been in this spot for quite a while now. We just handle the local property stuff one day at a time.
