You can find us at number 129 in Kanakanagar. We are on the first floor of a building on the 16th Main, right in the 4th Block. This area has changed a lot since we first started out. It used to be much quieter, but now there are shops and houses popping up everywhere. We deal with land and property around here, so we spend a lot of time out and about looking at different sites. When we are in the office, we are usually talking to folks who want to buy a bit of land or maybe find a house to rent. It’s a small office, nothing too grand, just a place for us to keep our files and meet people. We know this neighborhood like the back of our hand because we’ve walked every street in the 4th Block. Real estate can be a bit slow some months and then suddenly everyone wants to buy something all at once. We just take it as it comes. It’s not like those big corporate firms you see in the city center. We are just local people who know the local land. We don't use fancy jargon or anything like that. We just tell people what we know about a property and let them decide. It’s a simple way of doing business and it has worked for us so far. We are here most days if you want to chat.
