Our agency, Sri Krishna Enterprises & Real Estate, is located at 14/1 in the Nagarbhavi GIDC Colony. We are very close to Santhosh Gym, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. We’ve been working in the real estate line around here for a long time. We don't have a big, shiny office with glass partitions. It’s just a simple room with some chairs and a desk where we keep our files. We help people find places to rent or buy in the Nagarbhavi area. We know the local streets and the owners around here pretty well. Sometimes the paperwork for these things can be a real headache, so we try to help get it through. We aren't one of those big national agencies. We are just local people who know the neighborhood. The gym nearby can get quite loud with the music, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't always have a lot of listings on a board outside. Usually, you just have to come in and ask us what is available this week. Things move fast or slow depending on the month. We give honest advice about the houses and shops we show. If a place has a leaky roof or bad plumbing, we try to mention it. We’d rather you know what you are getting into. It’s a basic service we provide for the community here.
