Sri Ganesh Real Estate

Sri Ganesh Real Estate is located at 3498 in Kumaraswamy Layout, near Nanjappa Circle. We are also quite close to Langford Road, which is a busy area for property. Our office is basically a room with a few chairs and a lot of files piled up on the table. We spend most of our time out on our scooters, meeting people to show them different houses or plots of land around here. It’s a lot of walking around and checking the boundaries of sites. We talk to landlords and people looking to rent, trying to find a match that works for both. The phone rings a lot, usually people asking about prices or if a certain place is still available. Kumaraswamy Layout has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen many new buildings go up while the old ones get pulled down. We aren't doing any big fancy marketing; most of our work comes from people just walking in or being told about us by their neighbors. It can be a long day when we have to go back and forth across the city in the heat. We usually end up back at the office late in the evening to write down the day's notes. It is a lot of paperwork and talking, but we know the streets around Nanjappa Circle very well by now. Just honest local property work to keep things moving along.
