Sri Charan Real Estate

Sri Charan Real Estate is located in Electronic City, very close to the Velakani Software building. Being in this part of town means we are surrounded by tech parks and big offices. Our own office is much more modest. It is a simple place at the address where we keep our files and meet with people. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. It is just a few of us who know the Electronic City area really well. We spend a lot of time walking around and checking on properties. The area near Velakani is always busy, so there is never a dull moment. We deal with all sorts of people, from young professionals to families looking for a home. We don't have a fancy marketing team. We just rely on being straightforward about the houses and land we show. Sometimes the market is fast and other times it’s slow, but we are always here. The office has a few chairs and a table where we go over the paperwork. We don't use any high-pressure sales talk. We just show what’s available and let people decide for themselves. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time and we’ve seen the whole landscape change. It’s been an interesting journey and we are glad to be part of this neighborhood. We just take it one day at a time and see who walks in.
