We are located at 44 Chamudi Complex in B S K 2nd Stage. My shop, Sri Balaji Auto Consultants & Real Estate, does a bit of a mix. I handle vehicle paperwork and I also help people find small places to rent or buy around here. It sounds like a lot, but in a neighborhood like this, you have to be useful in more than one way. Most mornings I’m busy with car registrations or helping someone sell their old moped. By the afternoon, I might be showing a small shop space to a friend. It’s a busy life but I like meeting different people every day. The office isn't very large and it’s usually filled with papers from both sides of the business. I try to keep things organized, but sometimes it’s hard when the phone keeps ringing. I don’t have a big team, just myself and a cousin who helps with the errands. We aren’t big-time brokers or anything; we just know the local area and the local vehicles.
