Our small office is situated at number 19 in Gangenahalli, right on DVG Road near the PnT Quarters. It’s a familiar spot for those who live around here. We deal with local properties, mostly helping people find a place to stay or a bit of land. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us. Our desks are usually covered in documents and scribbled notes about different house listings. The walls have a few maps of the Gangenahalli area pinned up so we can show people where things are. It can get a bit loud with the traffic on DVG Road, but we’re used to it by now. People stop by to ask about rents or if anything new has come on the market. We don't have any polished sales pitches. We just tell them what we know and show them the photos we have. Sometimes the keys get mixed up and we have to spend a few minutes sorting them out. That’s just part of the daily life here. We’ve lived in this part of town for a long time, so we know which streets are quiet and which ones get busy. It’s a simple operation based on just knowing the local area and being here when people need to ask a question. We stay until late evening most days just to finish up the files and organize the keys.
