We are Sri Anjanadir Estate Agency, and you can find us at 5 Rajajinagar, over in the BTM 2nd Stage area. We are quite close to the Power House, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find the place. Dealing with land and houses in BTM 2nd Stage keeps us pretty occupied. It’s a popular part of the city, so there’s always something happening. Our setup is simple. We have a desk, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps and documents. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a regular place where we do our work. Most days involve a lot of walking around to show people different plots or apartments. The area near the Power House can get a bit noisy with all the activity, but it’s a central spot to be in. We’ve lived and worked around here long enough to know the shortcuts and the different layouts of the blocks. People usually come to us through word of mouth. We don’t really do big posters or anything. It’s just about being here when someone needs to talk about a property deal. Sometimes we’re out in the field, so the office might be locked for an hour, but we’re usually back soon. It's a straightforward business, really. We just try to keep track of what’s available in Rajajinagar and the surrounding bits.
