Sri Akshaya City Taxi

Sri Akshaya City Taxi is based over at 33878 Banashankari 3rd Stage, specifically in the Delite Palace building on MG Road. It’s a fairly well-known spot in this part of town. The office isn't very large, just enough room for a couple of desks and the radio equipment we use to talk to the drivers. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking the traffic reports on our phones. MG Road is always a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, so we have to plan things out carefully. We have a small fleet of cars that we look after. Most of the work involves getting people to their offices or the railway station on time. It can be stressful when the rain starts and everyone wants a cab at the exact same minute. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It’s just a local operation run by people who live in the area. We know the shortcuts through the backstreets of Banashankari pretty well. The office walls are a bit bare, and the furniture has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We keep a pot of tea going most of the day for the drivers when they come in for a break. It's just a regular taxi office doing its best to keep up with the pace of the city. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone.
