We don't have a big staff, just us handles everything that comes our way. Uttarahalli has a lot of new apartments coming up now. We remember when it was mostly just empty fields and small houses. Times change I guess. We spend a lot of time on the road, checking out different sites for clients. It’s dusty work. Our files are mostly kept in big folders on the shelf. We aren't very tech-savvy, but we get the job done. People trust us because we’ve been around for years. We don't promise anything impossible or fancy. We just show what’s available in the market right now. The traffic on the main road can be tough during the morning rush. We usually start a bit later to avoid the worst of it. It’s a simple life for us. We help people find a place to stay or a bit of land to build on. Sometimes we just sit and drink coffee while waiting for the next phone call. It’s okay for us.
