Sr Engineer

Our office is over in Rajajinagar, specifically at No 731 on 60th Cross in the 5th Block. If you know Bangalore, you know this area is a mix of houses and small businesses. We’ve been here at Sr Engineer for quite some time now. The building is a simple two-story structure and we’re on the ground floor. It makes it easy for people to drop by. We don’t have much in the way of decor. It’s mostly just functional furniture and lots of cables and parts sitting around on the shelves. The 60th Cross can get a bit narrow with cars parked on both sides, but it’s a nice enough street with plenty of trees. We start our day with a cup of coffee from the place around the corner. The work we do is pretty hands-on, so we’re often covered in a bit of grease or dust by the end of the day. We don't use any fancy management software or anything. We just keep a logbook and make sure we don't miss any deadlines. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Most of our neighbors are families who have lived here for decades. It gives the place a stable feeling. We aren't looking to move to a big tech park anytime soon. We like being right here where we can talk to people face-to-face without a lot of fuss or unnecessary meetings. It's a good place to work and get things finished.
