Our office is on the ground floor of Building Number 16, which most people know as the House of Lords. It’s right on St Marks Road, directly across from the State Bank. It’s a very central spot in the city, so there’s always people walking past the windows. We deal with real estate, mostly helping people find office space or apartments around here. The office isn't very big, but it’s in a good location. We have some old desks and some chairs for people to sit when they come to talk about property. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on different listings. We’ve been in this building for a while, so we know the other tenants and the security guards. St Marks Road is always loud with traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We don't do any big marketing campaigns or anything. Most people just see our sign or hear about us from someone else. It's a simple operation. We just try to find out what someone needs and see if we have anything that fits. Sometimes we spend the whole day out showing properties and other times we’re just stuck at the desk doing paperwork. It’s a normal way to earn a living and we’ve been doing it this way for years. We keep some maps of the city on the wall to help explain where the different buildings are.
