Spencer'S India Limited

Our place is at No: 71, 3Rd Cross in Shivramaiah Layout. It is part of Kacharakanahalli, which falls under the St. Thomas Town Post and Kalyanagar Post areas here in Bangalore 560 084. Spencer'S India Limited has been based in this neighborhood for a while. It is a residential area mostly, so it is a bit calmer than the city center. We occupy a building that used to be a house, so it has a bit of a weird layout for an office, but we like it. There is a small garden out front that we try to keep alive, though the Bangalore sun can be tough. Inside, the rooms are filled with files and equipment. We are a small crew, and we usually start our day with some coffee and a quick chat about what needs to be done. We do not have a human resources department or a big marketing team. We just handle the business ourselves. If the internet goes down, we just take a break or do some filing. It is a very relaxed but productive atmosphere. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know they can just call and talk to one of us directly. We are part of the local community and we plan to stay that way for a long time. We just keep the wheels turning and stay busy with the work we have. No one here is trying to be a corporate superstar; we just like getting the job finished properly.
