Our office is located at 556 Koramangala, inside what is called Papu Cottage. It's a bit different from your usual office because it's a cottage, but we actually prefer it that way. It feels a bit more comfortable and less stiff. Koramangala is a busy place, there are always people around and something happening on every corner. We've been running Speed Estate Agency from this spot for a while now. It's just a plain place where we can sit and talk about houses or apartments. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. You just come in and we're right there working. We know the local streets and the buildings around here really well. It's a small team, just a couple of us. Most of our time is spent out looking at properties or meeting people who want to move. The cottage isn't hard to find once you get onto the right street. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, we just want to be reliable for the people in the neighborhood. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the papers, but that's just how it goes. We keep things relaxed and just talk to people like normal. If you're walking through Koramangala, you might pass by us. It's just a quiet spot in a very busy part of the city. We just keep doing our work every day.
