Spark City Taxi

We are based at 30/1 Kanakapura Road. This is a busy stretch of road and we see cars passing by all day long. Being in the taxi business, it makes sense for us to be located somewhere central like this. The office isn't very big because most of our work happens out on the road. We have a small desk and a phone where we take calls and manage the drivers. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction and traffic on Kanakapura Road, but we keep the place as clean as we can. There’s always someone here to answer questions or help a driver who just finished a shift. It’s a very practical operation. We don’t have fancy waiting lounges or anything. Just a few chairs and a place to sit if you’re waiting for a ride or some paperwork. We’ve been operating from here for a good amount of time. You learn how the traffic patterns work and when the rush hour is going to be worst. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is where they need to be. The staff here are locals who know the city well. We just keep our heads down and do the job day in and day out. It’s a simple business run by regular people who just want to keep things moving. There is usually a car or two parked out front ready to go. It’s just how we live our lives and run things.
