Space Deal

We sit on the 2nd floor in Marathahalli at number 15. Right across from Prestige Tech. Dealing with property is mostly about showing people around and keeping track of who is moving where. The traffic outside is always something. We see the big tech buildings from our window. It is a small team here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to look at buildings. Being at number 15 means we are right in the middle of all the action, though our office is much simpler than those glass buildings across the street. We have a few maps pinned to the walls and a lot of keys hanging on a board. It can get a bit chaotic when three different people are trying to talk about three different houses at once. The traffic on the main road downstairs is always a mess, so we usually tell people to park a bit further away. We are a small team, just a few of us who know the local streets well. We do not use a lot of fancy software to track things. A lot of it is just notes in a diary and memory. People walk in because they saw our sign from the road. We are not doing any big advertising. It is just about being here and knowing who is moving out and who is looking to move in. It is a lot of walking and a lot of talking, but it keeps the days interesting.
