South Zone Real Estate Hub

South Zone Real Estate Hub is located at 456 JP Nagar High Grounds, specifically on Kumara Krupa Road. It is a nice area with a lot of big trees, though the traffic can get stuck sometimes during the peak hours. Our office is tucked away in a building that has been around for quite some time. We have a few desks where we sit and go through all the local property ads and legal documents. It is mostly a lot of phone calls and writing down notes about who is selling what. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive carpets. The floor is just plain tile and we have a water cooler in the corner that everyone shares. Most of our work involves meeting people at different plots or showing them apartments nearby. We talk about the plumbing, the electricity, and the neighbors. It is practical work. When we are back at the office, we spend time organizing the keys and making sure all the folders are in the right place. Sometimes we stay late when a deal is being discussed, sitting under the tube lights until the street outside gets quiet. We aren't a big company with many branches; we are just here in JP Nagar doing what we know. People drop by without an appointment just to ask what the prices are like these days, and we always have time to give them a straight answer.
