We’ve been here at C-136 in Peenya for a long time now. The second stage is always busy with trucks and people moving around. It’s an industrial spot, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it’s where we get things done. We started out small and just kept going year after year. Most of the people working here have been around for ages. You get used to the noise and the pace of the industrial area after a while. Sometimes the traffic getting into Peenya is a real headache, especially in the mornings, but once you’re inside the gate, things settle into a rhythm. We mostly focus on our day-to-day tasks and making sure things are packed and ready. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We don’t really do fancy meetings or anything like that. It’s more about checking the batches and making sure the equipment is running like it should. Our neighbors are all other factories, so we all kind of understand each other’s problems. We just try to keep our heads down and do the job right. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big order needs to go out. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years, more buildings popping up and roads getting crowded. But at the end of the day, we’re still here in the same spot doing what we know. It’s just regular work for us, nothing too complicated to explain.
