Our office for Sns Realtors is at 123 BTM Layout 2nd Stage. We are tucked away on Dixit Cross Road 1. It’s a busy little stretch of road with a lot of small shops and people moving about. The office itself isn’t very large, just enough room for a couple of desks and a small table for visitors to sit at. We spend a lot of our time out on the street anyway, walking around and looking at different spots in the neighborhood. The walls are covered with some maps and a few photos of buildings we have worked with. There is always a layer of dust on the window sill because of the construction happening nearby. We usually keep a pot of tea going in the afternoon because that’s when most people seem to drop by. The chair in the corner has a squeak that we haven't fixed yet. It’s not a corporate environment with people in suits. We mostly wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes because BTM Layout is big and we do a lot of trekking around. Sometimes the phone rings and it’s just someone looking for directions to the main road. We don’t mind helping out. It’s a bit of a chaotic way to work but it suits us just fine. We just try to keep track of who is moving where and what’s available on the next block. It is mostly about knowing the local streets.
