Sneha City Taxi

Operating out of Hanumanth Nagar near the Rajkamal area has its challenges, mostly with the narrow lanes and the crowd near the temple. Sneha City Taxi started with just a couple of cars parked near the Basavangudi Ganesha Temple. Now we have a few more drivers on the team, all of us trying to navigate the Bangalore traffic every day. It’s not an easy job sitting in a seat for ten hours, but it pays the bills. Our small office in Sector 3 is usually where we take our tea breaks and check the schedules. We know these roads pretty well by now. We’ve seen the city grow and the flyovers go up. Some days are slow, and we just sit around talking about the weather or the latest news while waiting for the phone to ring. Other days, it’s a mad rush with everyone wanting to get to the airport or a wedding at once. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It's just us and our cars. We try to keep the interiors clean, though the rain always makes it a bit of a mess with muddy shoes. Our drivers are local guys who live around here, so they know the shortcuts when the main roads are blocked. It feels good when a regular customer calls us by name. That’s how we’ve kept going all this time, just driving and waiting for the next booking.
