Smooth Drive

We’re over at 41 New Thippasandra in Muneshwara Nagar, near Roopena Agrahara. Smooth Drive is what we call the business because that’s what we aim for with the work we do on the vehicles. It’s a local spot where we handle all sorts of things related to cars and driving. The garage area gets pretty greasy and loud, but that’s how you know work is actually getting done. We’ve got a small crew of guys who really know their way around an engine. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with a TV or a coffee machine. Usually, people just hang out on the bench for a bit or come back later in the afternoon. We try to be straightforward about what needs fixing and what can wait. There’s no point in making things sound more complicated than they really are just to charge more. Sometimes the spare parts take a day or two to arrive, and we just tell people that upfront so they know. The neighborhood is fairly busy, so there’s always something going on outside to watch. We’ve been at this location for a while and most of the locals know us by now. It’s not a corporate chain, just a regular shop where we do our best with what we have. We use a lot of hand tools and stay busy from morning till night. If you’re looking for us, just look for the sign near the corner.
