We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. The shop is a bit narrow, but we’ve managed to fit a lot into it. We have watches lined up in the cases and some clocks on the walls that all tick at slightly different times. It can be a bit of a funny sound if you listen closely. Most of our day is spent helping people who are commuting. They stop in while waiting for a bus or walking to the office. We do a lot of quick repairs, like changing a battery or fixing a broken pin. We keep a small workbench in the back where we do the trickier stuff. It’s dusty work sometimes, but we keep the tools organized. We don’t have fancy lighting or expensive decor. It’s just a plain shop for people who need their watches to work. Madiwala is a busy hub, and being on Hosur Road means we are right in the thick of it. We see a lot of people who are just passing through the city. We have a tiny radio that plays the local stations in the background, mostly just for some noise.
