Smart Taxi

We are located at Domlur, right in the D G Complex at 39/9. It is a busy building with a lot of other small businesses going on around us. Being in Domlur means we deal with a lot of traffic every single day. The office is where we handle all the bookings and talk to the drivers who are out on the road. It is not a very big space, just enough for a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We have a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the walls to keep track of things. The morning starts early here because people need to get to their jobs. We spend most of the day answering the phone and trying to find the closest car for whoever is calling. Sometimes the drivers get stuck in a jam near the flyover, and we have to figure out a different plan. It can be a bit stressful when multiple calls come in at once, but we just take them one by one. The building has an elevator that works most of the time, but we usually just take the stairs. There is a tea stall nearby where everyone goes during their break. The office gets a bit stuffy in the afternoon heat, so we keep the windows open even if it is noisy outside. We just focus on getting the trips organized and making sure the logs are updated by the end of the shift. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps us busy.
