Smart Driver Service operates out of a small spot in Sanjay Nagar, right by New Era Society. If you know the Bibvewadi-Kondhwa Road area, we are near Market Yard 2nd Cross. It’s a busy part of town and we are always on the move. We started this because people needed drivers who actually show up when they say they will. Our office isn't much to look at, mostly just some ledgers and a few mobile phones that never stop buzzing with calls. We spend the morning coordinating where everyone needs to go. It’s a bit of a puzzle sometimes, trying to match a driver with a car in a different part of the city. We don't use any fancy apps that glitch out; we mostly just talk to each other and keep track of things manually. The drivers we work with are local guys who know the shortcuts around the traffic. Sometimes the rain messes up the whole schedule, and we have to scramble to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be some massive tech company. We just provide drivers for people who don't want to deal with the stress of steering through these crowded streets themselves. Our neighbors in the society know us well. We’ve been in this specific location for a while now. It’s loud, it’s hectic, and there is always something happening, but that is just how it goes when you are dealing with transport in this city.
