Slv Real Estate is based at 64/1A B T M 1st Stage, right on the Pune Satara Road and directly opposite the AECS Layout. This is a very busy part of the city, so there is always the sound of horns and engines outside our window. Our office is a modest spot where we keep all the property listings and land papers. We spend a lot of our time walking around the neighborhood or driving out to see different sites with people who are looking for a new place. The desk is usually covered in site maps and dusty files because things move fast around here. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is just a couple of chairs and a table where we sit down with families to talk about prices and locations. Sometimes we have to wait around for owners to show up with the keys, so we spend time talking to the neighbors or grabbing a quick snack at the corner shop. The weather in BTM can get quite hot in the afternoons, so the small air conditioner in the corner is always running. We know this area very well, from the back alleys to the main junctions. People come to us because we are right here on the street and they see us every day. We just try to be honest about what is available and help folks find a spot that works for them.
