Slv Coffee Bar

Slv Coffee Bar is located in Chamrajpet. If you know the area, you know it’s one of the older parts of the city with a lot of history. Our shop isn't big. In fact, it's pretty small, but we make it work. Most people don't stay long. They just come in, get what they need, and head out to work or wherever they’re going. There’s always the smell of coffee in the air here. We start very early in the morning when the streets are still a bit dark. It’s a quiet time before the noise of Chamrajpet really starts up. We’ve got a few regulars who have been coming for years. They usually stand around the entrance and chat for a few minutes. We don't have fancy seating or air conditioning. It’s just a counter and some space to stand. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We're more worried about keeping the stove going and the cups clean. Running a coffee bar is about being consistent. Every day is pretty much the same routine. We open up, serve the crowd, and then clean up once things slow down in the late afternoon. It's a simple business, and we like it that way. Chamrajpet is a good place for a spot like ours. People appreciate something that’s been around for a while without changing too much.
