SLN Real Estate is over in Yelahanka, in the A Sector area. Our office is on the ground floor of No. 971/11, right on 15th A Cross. It’s a very convenient spot because we’re directly opposite the State Bank of India. Most people find us by looking for the bank first. Being in North Bangalore has its own pace, and Yelahanka has grown a lot since we started. We deal with property matters right from this small office. It’s not a big corporate space, just a functional ground-floor room where we meet folks to talk about land or houses. Some days are much busier than others, depending on who drops by or calls. We’ve been around this part of town for a bit, so we know the streets and the layout pretty well. If you’re heading down the main roads in A Sector, you can’t really miss us if you are watching for the SBI branch. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No big sales pitches or fancy presentations, just talking through what’s available in the neighborhood. The local area has changed from quiet outskirts to a very busy hub, and we’ve just stayed here through it all. Sometimes the traffic on 15th A Cross gets a bit loud, but that’s just part of the day now. We usually open up in the morning and see what the day brings our way. It’s a simple way of working, but it suits us and the people who come to see us.
