Sleek Realty

Our place, Sleek Realty, is located at Sunrise Chambers in Ulsoor. We’re in unit E/307. It’s a typical office building with a lot of different people coming and going all the time. Ulsoor is a busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside. Finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it by now. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks and files related to the property work we handle. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different sites around the city. The office isn’t huge, but it fits what we need. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the security guards downstairs know us pretty well. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone who comes in looking for a house or some land. There’s no point in making things more difficult than they need to be. The sun hits the windows in the afternoon and makes it quite bright in the room. We usually have the tea guy come around twice a day, which is a nice break. It’s a steady pace of work here. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a local real estate office trying to get through the daily list of things to do. Most days are busy, but we manage to stay on top of the paperwork eventually. We close up around six most evenings and head out into the Ulsoor traffic.
