Our office is at 90 Koramangala Dattatray Apartment, which is in the Dhanukarwadi area. We are right opposite the police station, so it’s a very easy landmark to give people. We’ve been working out of this apartment for a while now. It’s a bit different because we aren't in a shop on the street. It’s more of a quiet, professional setup inside the building. Skyline Realtors & Developers started as a small idea between friends. We wanted to help build and sell properties in this part of town. We handle a lot of things from small renovations to helping people buy their first apartment. Being near the police station means the area is usually quite orderly. We spend a lot of time on the phone with builders and legal people to make sure the paperwork is correct. Real estate involves a lot of waiting and a lot of documents. We try to make that part easier for the people who come to us. Our office has a few desks and a lot of folders. We don't have any big slogans on the walls. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the work takes us all over the neighborhood, checking on new developments or meeting owners. It’s a lot of legwork, but we enjoy being out and about. We’re just a local team trying to do a good job for the community and making sure the buildings get finished right.
