Our office is in the Umar Bin Khatab Masjid Complex over in Nagawara, Sector-22B. It’s a lively neighborhood. We deal with properties and land, which means we aren't always in the office. A lot of the time we’re out walking through plots or checking on building progress. The office itself is where we keep the maps and the big files. It’s a bit cramped with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. People come in looking for a place to live or maybe an investment. We listen to what they need and see what we have on the list. It’s not always easy because prices change and what people want isn’t always available. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around. The complex is easy to spot once you're in the area. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings going up, old ones getting fixed. It’s a constant cycle. We just try to keep up with it all. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult paperwork or delays, which is just the way real estate goes. We don't use big words or fancy promises. We just show the property as it is and let people decide if it's right for them. It’s a lot of legwork, but it keeps us busy and we know the local market inside and out by now.
