S.J.Engineering

S.J.Engineering is situated at No.1 Garden Road, which is right by the Nayandhalli Post on Mysore Road. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the traffic heading out toward Mysore. Our place is easy to spot if you know the landmark. We’ve been here for a good while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with the new flyovers and the metro. The workshop itself is a bit old-fashioned. We like it that way. It’s got high ceilings and enough space for the machines we use. We aren't into the whole corporate image thing. Most of us wear work clothes all day because we’re actually getting our hands dirty. S.J.Engineering isn't a massive corporation with levels of management. It’s just a few of us making sure the engineering work gets done correctly. Garden Road is a nice name for the street, though it’s more industrial than it sounds. We have some regulars who stop by for a chat or to check on their orders. We don't have a formal waiting room, just a couple of plastic chairs near the door. It’s a simple operation. We focus on the metal and the machines. Mysore Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, but we’re usually here long before that starts. We just keep our heads down and do the work we’ve been doing for years.
