Sizu Real Estate is based in Vishal Towers on KengalHanumanthaiah Road. Our office is at 18/8 on the Hi Street side. We spend most of our time looking at properties and talking to landlords and buyers around here. Real estate in this part of town is always moving, so we try to keep up with what's available. We aren't one of those massive agencies with hundreds of agents. It’s just a small team of us who know the local streets and who's selling what. Finding a place to live or an office space can be really stressful, and we’ve seen people get quite overwhelmed by it all. We just show the places as they are, without all the flowery language. If a place has a small kitchen, we'll tell you. The office can be a bit chaotic with all the phone calls and paperwork, but that's the nature of the job. We've been at Vishal Towers for a while now, and it’s a good spot for people to drop in and ask about rents or prices. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just try to find a match between someone who has a house and someone who needs one. It’s simple work but it takes a lot of walking and talking. Come by if you're looking for something. We usually have a list of new places pinned up on the board inside. It helps to have a look before we head out to see them.
