Silverline Realty (P) Ltd is based out of Property No 2 on CMR Road. We’re in Block No 3 of the Kalyan Nagar HRBR Layout. It’s a pretty well-known area, especially with the Ramakrishna Ashrama Circle being so close by. If you’re coming from the Jalvayu Vihar side, it’s not hard to find us. The location is actually one of the things we like most about being here. There’s always something going on near the circle. Our office on CMR Road is a practical space. We don’t have fancy art on the walls or anything like that. We just have our desks and some files. Being Silverline Realty (P) Ltd means we deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The HRBR Layout is a nice part of Kalyan Nagar to work in. You’ve got everything you need within a short walk. Sometimes the parking on CMR Road can be a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees; we’re a smaller team just doing our jobs at Property No 2. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the circle, but you get used to the sound after a week or two. We’ve been here long enough that the place feels like home now. It’s just a straightforward realty office in a busy part of the city. We have a few chairs for visitors and a very old ceiling fan.
