Siip Fresh Juice

We set up Siip Fresh Juice here on 13th Cross in Niladri Nagar. Being in Electronic City, things move pretty fast around here. Most of our customers are folks working in the tech parks nearby who just want something quick. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local spot. The shop is small and we try to keep it tidy, though it’s tough when the pomegranate seeds start flying. We get our fruit delivered every couple of days. Sometimes the delivery guy is late, and we have to make do with what's left on the shelves. It’s just part of running a small business. We don't have air conditioning, so it gets a bit warm in the afternoons. Most people just grab their drink and head back to their offices. We use standard glass bottles and some plastic cups if someone is in a real hurry. My wife handles the accounts and I manage the staff. We’ve got two guys helping us with the heavy lifting and the cleaning. The noise of the grinders is constant, but you get used to it. Niladri Nagar is a decent place to be. We’ve seen a lot of shops come and go on this street, but we’re still here doing our thing. It’s not a glamorous job, but it pays the bills and we like seeing the same faces every morning. We don't do any ads, just our name on the glass.
