Being over here at Sidel India in Andheri East means dealing with the Mumbai rush every single day. We are located in the Sahar Plaza complex, specifically in the Bonanza building, B-Wing, units 113 to 116. It is a busy area, and the J.B. Nagar neighborhood always has something going on. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, so you end up chatting with people from other offices while you wait. Our space is pretty standard for an office in this part of town. We have our desks, the computers are usually humming, and there is always someone on the phone. It is not like those fancy offices you see in movies with bean bags and stuff. We just have chairs and tables and plenty of paperwork to get through. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on the main road, but once you get inside and get your coffee, it’s not so bad. We do our work and try to stay organized, though some days are more chaotic than others when a lot of things happen at once. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, so we are used to the rhythm of the building. Lunch is usually someone bringing a dabba or grabbing something quick from a nearby stall. It is just a regular workplace where we try to get things right.
