Our office is over in Sai Complex, right on Bannerghatta Road. If you know Bangalore traffic, you know it can get pretty crazy outside our door. We are up in Room 09 on the second floor. It's a small space, mostly filled with desks and some old files, but it's where we manage all the engineering projects. We’ve been operating out of Arekere for a while now. The team is small, just a handful of us who know how things work. We don't have a fancy reception or coffee machine like those tech companies down the road. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or checking on site work. We try to keep things simple and honest. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we manage. It’s a practical business. We started this because we knew the industry and wanted to do our own thing. Being in Bangalore means there is always work to do, but we prefer keeping a low profile. We don't go around saying we are the biggest or anything. We just do the engineering side of things and make sure the drawings are right. If someone calls, one of us picks up. No automated menus or anything like that. Just us in the office trying to get through the pile of work on our desks today. We usually eat lunch together at a local place nearby. It's a good way to take a break before the afternoon rush starts again.
