Shuddh Tattva Organic Products

Our place is over at 4, KHB Colony in the 1st Stage of Basaveshwarnagar. It is a nice residential area with plenty of trees, so it feels a bit more peaceful than the main markets. Shuddh Tattva Organic Products is basically just a small shop where we keep all the bags and jars of stuff we get from the local growers. We spend most of the morning checking the labels and making sure everything is in its right place on the wooden shelves. People from the neighborhood usually walk over after their morning exercise or while they are out running errands. The shop smells like dried herbs and grains most of the time, which is actually quite pleasant. We don't have a lot of staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. Sometimes we run out of things because the deliveries take a while to come from the farms, but that is just how it goes with organic things. We have a small table in the corner where we sit to do the accounts when things are slow. It isn't a big corporate operation, just a local spot for people who care about what they are eating. We try to keep the place clean, though some dust always finds its way in from the road. Most days are pretty quiet, and we like it that way because we can actually talk to the people who stop by.
