Running Shruthi Real Estate out of the BDA Complex near Apasara Hotel has its moments. We are located at 22/1-MF right on Banneraghatta Road, which is one of those places that never seems to sleep. If you know the area, you know how busy the road gets with all the buses and cars constantly zooming past. We spend a lot of our day just answering phones and trying to keep track of which flat or plot is available and which one isn't. It is a lot of paperwork and walking around to show people different properties. Sometimes we spend hours waiting for a client who got stuck in traffic, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We handle a lot of different things, from rentals to selling small pieces of land. The office isn't anything special, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files piled up. We know the neighborhood pretty well because we’ve been here for a long time. People drop in all the time just to ask about prices or what’s happening with the new developments nearby. We try to be honest about what’s good and what’s not because there is no point in hiding the facts. It’s a tiring job sometimes, especially when the weather is hot and we have to go out on site visits, but it keeps us busy and we get to meet a lot of different people every day.
