Shri Shalini Darshan

We have been here on 13th Main in Koramangala for quite a while now. Most people know us because they walk past every single day on their way to work or the big bus stop on Hosur Road. The building is at 150/1 and it is nothing too fancy, just a normal place where you can get something to eat. We start pretty early in the morning when the milk arrives and things start getting prepped in the back. It gets very noisy sometimes with all the traffic outside but that is just how it is in this part of town. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy when it rains and everyone comes in with wet shoes, but we try to keep up with it as best as we can. We have a few tables and some people just stand and eat quickly before heading off to their offices. It's mostly regulars who work nearby. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us by walking by. The staff here has been around for some years and we all know how the kitchen works. It's a simple setup. If you are looking for a place that feels real and doesn't have all those shiny lights and loud music, that's what we are. We just keep the stove going and make sure there is enough for everyone who shows up. It is a lot of work but it keeps us busy and we like the daily crowd.
