Shri Sai Real Estate is based in BTM Layout. You can find our small office right near the KEB office, which is a well-known spot around here. We’ve been at 41611 for quite a few years now. Our focus is mainly on the houses and apartments in this neighborhood. BTM Layout is always busy, and there’s always someone moving in or out. We aren't a big franchise with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who know the local owners and the best lanes to live in. We don't have a fancy website with professional photos. We usually just take a look at the place ourselves and tell people what it’s like. Some days are spent entirely on the phone and other days we are out on our scooters going from one building to another. It’s a lot of running around, especially when the traffic is bad near the KEB office. We don't use any corporate language or big promises. We just try to find a place that fits what someone is looking for. Our office is a bit cluttered with old files and ledgers, but we know where everything is. We like being a local fixture in the community. It’s a simple business built on just knowing the area and the people who live here. Most folks who come to us are just looking for a decent place to stay without too many headaches. We keep our doors open late most days to catch people after work.
